This can mean a poorly marketed property or even cost overrun and not understanding the true scope of the project, or a timeline that doesn’t fit your goals or lifestyle. Quite often, people will delay a move because of the overwhelming thought of everything involved. Dealing with years of accumulated clutter and personal belongings becomes far more work and more complex than first anticipated. WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!!

Howarths of Rochdale has designed a service that will plan and organize your move, sort and downsize your belongings and take care of absolutely all the details.. We will reduce your stress and help you prepare for the relocation to your new home or manage the modifications to your current home. From clearing the clutter, sorting through and removing excess items and we will work with you and your family to create a functional and organized space.
This is the first thing we start with. We always start by getting to know our clients on a personal first name by name basis. By offering a complimentary in-home consultation, we can discuss your needs in order to develop a plan that best suits your schedule and budget.
*Buying Full and Partial Estates:
Once we have had our in-home consultation, there may be some items we would like to purchase outright before we go ahead and sort out all items. One of our Certified Experts will determine a price based on quality/quantity and give you cash offer….we have an array of items we do purchase, so anything could be of value that you may think is not!!
*Sorting & Organizing
We will sort and organize everything in your home and ensure they are either set aside and placed in designated areas for moving, selling, recycling or disposing. We deal with a vast majority of people and organizations that accept all kinds of goods. Our Goal is to divert anything away from the landfill.
Once we have gone through your estate and determine what is ready to sell, we can send your items to an auction house. We will go there and pick it up and sell it through one of our 3 Auction houses we deal with. Each auction house deals with specific items. We will determine where the best place is to send your items you want to sell. We may even hold an “on-site sale” if that works best. In some cases it’s the fastest way to clear your estate without all the moving costs. We will co-ordinate all aspects of the sale.
*Donate, Recycle and Dispose of all unwanted items
When the time has come to get rid of all the unwanted items, we will get rid of it all!! Metal recycling and e-waste disposal i.e. items no longer in working condition -phones, computers, electronics etc. Clothing/blankets, unwanted used furniture, small nic naks, pots and pan and other household items. We will donate these items that you are not keeping to our qualified charity organizations that relay on these donations. We will also get rid of all the trash and junk left over that has been marked and put aside by us.

Sort and Organize
We will sort and organize everything in the home and ensure they are either set aside and placed in designated areas for moving, selling, shipping, recycling or disposing.
Unpack and Setup New Residence
We will unpack/unload the truck and set up your new home. At the end of the day, your bed will be ready for you to relax as well as the kitchen and bathroom all set to go. We can also unpack your boxes at your request!
Auction Setup/removal of unwanted items
Once you are all settled in your new home, we will return to your former home to set up and prepare for the auction. We will coordinate all aspects of the sale. If we do not feel the need to send the items to Auction we went dispose or donate it in a kindly manner.
